The Beginning of Empowerment starts with Education.
Education is essential for a sustainable and equitable use of biodiversity and its conservation. Not just that, education has the power to help people understand their socio-economic situation while empowering them to work towards their betterment, and in turn help the society grow in a positive direction. Educate to Empower (E2E) works for the same cause. It is an initiative undertaken by Awaaz The NGO in the field of education to empower the people of India.
India is a country with more than one billion people. That’s one billion lives we aim to better, out of which, just one third can read. This rapidly growing size of population, shortages of teacher, books and basic facilities and insufficient public funds to cover education costs are some of the Nation’s toughest challenges. Other Challenge include poverty and discrimination against girl child and education.
"Educate to Empower" is committed to providing basic and advance education, skill development and healthcare development to the People of India. We at Awaaz believe that education is the first and foremost need of a growing India. A country’s growth depends on the collective actions of an educated society, including self-dependency and individual progress. Be it health, poverty control, population control, fundamental rights, development of nation, the best place to start is through the doors of education.
